Where Can I Get this Phone Cards?
Nobel phone cards are available in all "Turbo" and "Say" shops, and also at the news stands "Octagon", "Acces Pres", the "Stanbox" shops and many local retailers.
Instructions to Use Your Phone Card
Your phone card can be used to call any international destination.
1. Dial the toll-free number 0801.066.235 (only accessible from Romtelecom landline, at standard charge, available starting 01.12.1009) or 0808.730.730 (available only from landlines, toll-free call). When calling this number a fee of 3 euro cents per min. is deducted from your phone card balance.
2. Instructions will be given in Romanian. Press (*0) to hear instructions in English.
3. Enter your PIN code.
4. Dial the international phone number.
5. To make a new call, press (#).
Your charging starts when the PIN code is authenticated in the system and is made only if the call is connected. Charging is done by the minute.
If the system notifies you to contact the Administrative office, please call the Customer Service Line - 0800.130.130 or 021.212.17.80.
Your phone card is valid for 90 days since the first call was placed.
