1. Call the toll-free number 0808-730.730 (accessible from any land-based phone).
2. The instructions will be given in Romanian. Press (*0) keys for instructions in English.
3. Enter your PIN code.
4. Dial the international phone number.
5. To call another number, please dial (#).
