What is the Nobel e-Dynamic electronic phone card ? The Nobel e-Dynamic electronic phone card is a service that offers international calling through the VOIP technology (voice over the internet).
What phone cards does Nobel Romania offer and for which destination can I use them? Nobel Romania introduced as Nobel e-Dynamic PIN of 5$ and 10$ to be used for calling anywhere in the world, regardless of the type of phone you're calling - landline, mobile or satellite.
Where can I call from? You can call from any type of phone with done dial, including public phones, without having to use a Romtelecom phone card.
How I am charged and what rates are applied? When using Nobel e-Dynamic, you benefit from a one-minute rounding. Nobel e-Dynamic offers extremely competitive rates, so that for every landline in Europa, as well as SUA, Israel or Australia, the price for calling intertionally is only 9,9ยข (USD)/minute. VAT not included. The call made from your phone to the access number is charged separately, according to the rates applied by your operator. For the toll-free access number, there are no extra fees applied.
What terms should I be aware of? Access number: The number you need to call to enter the NOBEL e-Dynamic network.
PIN authorization code: this is the 10 digit number you find on the back of your phone card.
Administrative Office or Customer Service: the service available 24/24, 7 days a week, for any kind of information, suggestions or complaints regarding Nobel Romania.
How do I make a call? Dial the access number 0808.730.730 (a free call, number only accessible from landline phones).
Dial the 10-digit PIN code.
Dial the number of the destination you need to call. (eg. France/Paris/Landline: 00331xxxxxxxxx sau France/Cell: 00336xxxxxxxxx)
Follow the instructions on the card or flyer and make your call.

You are charged in the moment when the PIN you have enter is recognised by the system and only if the call is placed. All cards have one minute rounding.
When the system tells you to call the Administrative Office, please call the Customer Service line - 0800.130.130 or 021-212.17.80. The Nobel e-Dynamic expires 90 days after the first call is placed.
