Where can I call from ? Practically you can call from any type of phone with a tone dial, including most public phones*.
How am I charged ? NOBEL phone cards are charged every minute and starts when you enter the PIN into the system, when the person you called answer. In case you do not get an answer and the connection is not established, you won't be charged.
Calling the NOBEL toll-free number from your phone is free unless otherwise stated by your operator.

HOW TO MAKE A CALL: Dial the access number 0808.730.730 - toll-free number, accessible from any land-based network in Romania;
Dial the 10 digit PIN authorisation code;
Dial the destination you wish to call (e.g. France/Paris/Landline : 00331xxxxxxxxx or Franta/Cell/Orange : 00336xxxxxxxxx);
You will be connected to your destination. Alternatively follow the instructions on your phone card or promotional material.

2. Instructions.
To correctly use our service, the system will indicate the steps you need to go through. The instructions are given in Romanian. If you wish to listed them in English, please dial (*0).
3. The PIN code and balance.
"Please dial the authorisation code now."
Enter the PIN code that can be found on the back of the card.
After correctly entering your PIN number, you will be prompted about your balance.
If you do not enter the PIN you will hear:
"If you wish to make a call, hang up and try later or contact the Administrative Office for assistance." and the access to the service is stopped
If the PIN you have entered is not correct, the card has reached its expiration date or the PIN is already in use and you will hear:
"We are sorry but this authorisation code is invalid. Please enter the authorisation code now."
If the PIN code is not entered correctly for the second time, the card has expired or the PIN code is already used the system then you will hear:
"If you wish to make a call, hang up and try later or contact the Administrative Office for assistance." and the access to the service is stopped
4. Telephone number
"Please enter the destination number now."
If you correctly enter the phone number, you will be informed about the number of minutes you can talk to that destination.
"The current balance allows you to talk for X minutes."
If your balance does not allow the call to be made:
"Your balance is insufficient for that call."
and the access to the service is stopped. If you do not enter the phone number, you will hear:
"You have X dolars and Y cents. Please dial the destination number now."
If the PIN code is not entered correctly for the second time:
"If you wish to call, hang up and try later or contact the Administrative Office for assistance." and the access to the service is stopped.
If you do not enter the phone number correctly, you will hear:
"We are sorry, but the phone number you have dialled is incorrect. Please try again."
If you do not enter the phone number correctly for the second time, you will hear:
"We are sorry but the phone number you have dialled is incorrect. Please try again." and the access to the service is stopped.
If the destination is forbidden, you will hear:
"We are sorry, but due to some network issue we are unable to connect you. Please try again." and the access to the service is stopped
5. Another international call.
If you press (#) you can make a new international call and go again through the steps above.
When the balance on your card reaches the equivalent of a minute, you will hear:
"You have one minute left."
After that minute has passed, the call is terminated.
