Junior Account Manager Spanish

Requirements:

– Proficient Spanish/English speaker
– Elementary IT knowledge
– Customer Support experience
– Microsoft Office knowledge
– Team Player

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience in working in a multicultural environment and dealing directly with people from different cultures

Responsibilities:

– Manage monitoring and troubleshooting report for Nobel ONE products
– Handle customer complaints from stores that sell Nobel ONE products
– Provider support for product testing, competition analysis
– Troubleshoot any issue that occurs with Nobel ONE platform
– Conduct Training sessions with new stores that sales people sign up
