We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Administrator to join our Internal IT team to create the best internal IT experience through strong collaboration across internal functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides phone and email Support to NobelBiz CCS platform customers
  • Creates, solves and documents solutions for customer tickets/requests within SLAs timeframes
  • Create documentation and procedures for support related tasks
  • Works with the development team to help in the bug resolution processes
  • Creates and maintains customer setups for specific NobelBiz CCS platform products
  • Provides training to customers for our NobelBiz CCS platform.
  • Respects the provisions of the Internal Rules and Regulations and Work Discipline
  • Respects the provisions of the Health and Safety Norms and the Prevention and Fire Fighting Norms

What you bring with you

  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of SQL programming (running queries, setup jobs, procedures)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
  • Basic knowledge Linux/Unix OS
  • Basic programming skills (Java Scripting will constitute an advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of voice protocols (SIP) previous experience with telephony system will be considered a plus\
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Required Experience:

  • 1-year work experience in a technical support related position
  • Experiencing working with contact center solutions will be considered a plus
  • Possession of designated system/technologies certifications would be considered an advantage;
  • Academic/Educational Requirements: University degree or undergraduate (Technical)
