Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist – 2 years Project Based

We are looking for a great new team member who will use proven recruiting skills to source, recruit and hire top talent. You will have the opportunity to develop a strategic relationship with the business to attract the best talent for Nobel for 2 years Project Based.


  • 3 years + of work experience as a Recruiter in Fintech
  • Proven work experience as a Headhunter
  • Experienced working knowledge of talent acquisition philosophy and principles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Social Sciences
  • Organized, resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced environment with a high level of energy and sense of humor
  • Flexible, problem solving approach and strong team player
    Kindness, openness and initiative
  • Strong customer focus
  • Good understanding of local and international market
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • English language proficiency, Spanish is a plus

As a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist you will be focusing on:

  • Business analysis – before starting the recruitment process, you will work closely with the manager in order to identify the needs and define the role
  • Recruitment process management – You’ll be the project manager for all your open roles, meaning you’ll be managing end-to-end the recruitment process in an efficient and engaging manner
  • Talent sourcing – you will attract the right talent for our team in a resourceful way, including headhunting
  • Candidate Xperience –You put yourself in candidate’s shoes and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • Employer Branding – each one of us is a brand representative, but you will act as a true Employer Brand Ambassador for Nobel, in job fairs and all other relevant events
  • Hiring process – you will facilitate the hiring on on-boarding process: contract signatures, ensuring new employees have the rights tools and access before they start
  • Reporting – you will offer information and status for your recruitment projects to managers and HR Director and prepare recruitment reports
